Objects of Substance.
Built to stay.
Based in Dunfermline, Enduring Projects is a multi-disciplinary studio dedicated to material honesty. I work at the intersection of earth and industry, creating structural pieces from Stoneware, Concrete, Microcement, and Wood. These are the quiet, grounding anchors of a modern space—monolithic objects designed for a lifetime of use.
Material Honesty
My practice is a deliberate confrontation with raw matter. I am drawn to materials that possess an inherent weight and a tectonic presence. By combining the ancient grit of clay with the industrial precision of concrete and the organic warmth of wood, I create a dialogue between the manufactured and the elemental.

Sculptural Ceramics
Hand-sculpted from high-grit stoneware using industrial blades and scrapers. These pieces are defined by my bespoke scoria glazes—a pitted, volcanic finish that replicates weathered basalt. From tectonic ikebana vessels to monolithic vases, each piece is a visceral study in raw form.
Concrete, Microcement
Liquid stone turned into permanent architecture. I utilize the seamless, structural qualities of concrete and microcement to create objects with a refined, industrial edge. These pieces prioritize clean lines and tactile depth, offering a contemporary take on classic monolithic forms.

Sculptural Wood
The organic counterpoint to cold industry. I work with wood to introduce grain, warmth, and natural contrast. Whether as a standalone object or integrated into multi-material projects, the wood is treated with the same respect for its “enduring” qualities as the stone and clay.
Engineered by hand
The making process is a dialogue of friction and force. Whether I am carving into clay, casting liquid concrete, or refining a timber edge, I utilize industrial tools to achieve a structural precision that remains rooted in the hand of the maker. There is no mass production here—only intentional construction.
